What do you do when you get one from your passenger?

1. Ensure the passenger has filled in all necessary information on the voucher such as date, pickup, destination and the amount. The passenger must also sign the docket.
2. Then just make sure you fill in your details at the top and exchange the voucher at participating outlets (check reverse of voucher for convenient docket exchange locations). Not near a docket exchange? Just access the reimbursement form for payment direct to your bank account.

What's in it for drivers?
