  1. Can I accept Live Payments vouchers and cards?

    Yes absolutely! All drivers can accept Live Payments products and we encourage you to do so for the benefit of your passengers and of course you! Remember you can earn extra rewards through Live Payments.

  2. What happens if my EFTPOS terminal is down?

    Live Payments charge cards can be processed through 98% of EFTPOS terminals, you can also use a manual docket if required. Just take the docket to your nearest Live Payments cashing facility for payment.

  3. Where can I exchange Live Payments vouchers?

    Check the reverse of the voucher for location information or visit "where to cash" from the tool bar for your nearest docket cashing facility. You can also download the Live Payments reimbursement form here for payment direct to your bank account. Just post us the original vouchers together with the form.

  4. How can I be sure Live Payments vouchers are genuine?

    Live Payments vouchers have a distinctive metallic logo and strip at the bottom of the voucher which makes it very difficult to copy. If you’re not sure, call 1300 726 894.
