  1. What are your fees and charges?

    Live Payments does not charge account maintenance or establishment fees. Live Payments will invoice you for total fare amount + 10% service fee (the service fee also attracts GST). The service fee amount is standard industry practice for taxi payments. There are absolutely no other fees or charges so you won’t get any nasty surprises.

  2. Can your products be accepted in all taxis?

    Yes, Live Payments vouchers can be accepted by all taxi drivers Australia wide. Live Payments Electronic charge card is accepted in almost all taxi EFTPOS terminals Australia wide.

  3. How do I open an account?

    Simply click on Sign Up to the right or email us at enquiries@livepayments.com.au. We will perform the necessary credit checks and confirm with you when your account is opened. Live Payments will order your vouchers and cards and have them delivered to you ready for immediate use. We will then contact you to arrange quick training of the site which can be done over the phone, in person or online, it’s up to you!

  4. What do your statements look like?

    Live Payments statements look very similar to a telephone bill. You will see opening charges, payments and adjustments, along with new charges for the period. New transactions are itemized and you will see a couple of charts to easily view your expense patterns. Statements can be posted, emailed or downloaded from the website in a number of different formats including excel and PDF.
